According to a report of Ha Noi People’s Committee on the results of implementing National Environmental Protection Strategy to 2020, vision to 2030 in the city, Ha Noi has implemented construction of many lower layer projects to overcome environmental pollution.

Minister of Natural Resources and Environment (TN&MT) Tran Hong Ha said that in 2019, 100% of industrial parks (IPs) and export processing zones (EPZs) in operation must have centralized wastewater treatment systems.
