Overview of the centralized wastewater treatment plant for Dong Mai industrial Park

Invested by Viglacera Corporation, Dong Mai Industrial Park has a total area of 160 ha, with asynchronous and modern infrastructure systems in Quang Yen Dist, Quang Ninh province.

With the imperative of production development in association with environmental protection. In December 2018, Viglacera Corporation continues to select Ecoba Environmental Technology Co., Ltd (Ecoba ENT) as an EPC contractor for the construction of the centralized wastewater treatment plant for Dong Mai Industrial Park.

The 1st phase centralized wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 1.100 m3/day. The selected technology ensures integration of construction buildings and the use of mechanical, physico – chemical treatment combined with biological treatment
For this project, as an EPC contractor, Ecoba ENT has completed all stages, from design consultancy, construction, equipment supplying, manufacturing, installation, programming of control & instrumentation system to operator training, technology transfer, and applying for discharge permit.
The 1st phase centralized wastewater treatment plant was completed in April 2019, the treated water is subjected to satisfy column A of QCVN 40: 2011/BTNMT on Industrial Wastewater, also satisfying Dong Mai Industrial Park’s requirement for wastewater treatment itself.

The efficient and stable operation of the 1st phase centralized wastewater treatment plant contributes to assisting Viglacera Corporation as the Investor to quickly complete the construction of technical infrastructure in Dong Mai Industrial Park as well as the preparation of clean and ready premises for domestic and foreign enterprises to invest, to commence stable and sustainable production and business activities in Vietnam.
