• Check control cabinet: ensure normal operating voltage, electrical safety for operation.
• Check the chemical stirrer motor: ensure that the machine’s operating condition is normal and meets the operating requirements.
• Check the metering pump: clean pump, motor bearings, gearbox bearings. Make sure the chemical tank does not leak, the agitator shaft works normally, the resistance and insulation ensure the working requirements.
• Check the mud press: check the mud press system as well as the electrical equipment to ensure normal operation.
• Check inlet sump: make sure electricity, sump pump, handwheel, screws work properly, ensure safety.
• Checking pumps, valves of tanks: inspecting, maintaining and maintaining pump assemblies, butterfly valves of pump assemblies, ensuring that equipment works normally and meets operating requirements.
• Check the agitator, motor, slurry rig: check and maintain the agitator motor, slurry rig, and garbage separator for normal operation, ensuring operation requirements.
• Check garbage separator: check voltage, measure current, insulation resistance works normally, ensure requirements.
• Check the air blower assembly: check voltage, measure current resistance, lubricating oil, belt, air blower, ensure the normal operating condition of the machine.
